Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging and seals intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@beauperfumery.com and send the product to our return address.
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
To return your product, please mail it to our return address (shared after approval of your return request).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
